It's not often I give up doing anything, but today I had to... I was going to walk to the post office to post a parcel, it's only a five minutes' walk, but I had to turn around before I was half way there because of the snow. Maja had brought her skis, so she was ok. But I'd put Susie in her push chair (in the hope that she would fall asleep)... bad move. The pavements weren't properly cleared of snow, and it was absolutely impossible to push the pushchair through it...

So we turned around and went home... I still needed to get Susie to sleep though, so I was pacing back and forth in front of our house for half an hour until she finally closed her eyes. The neighbours must have thought I'd gone mad.... Maja was happy though... playing in the snow and having a ball....

Just to show you how much it has snowed today... This was my veranda at 14.45...

...and here it is at 21.05... You can hardly see the banister...

Vi har hytte helg med minus 20 men så koseligt med fyr i peisen og stitcheri:-)

WOW!! Snøen har uteblitt her oppe hos oss... heldigvis!! Vanligvis har vi så mye at jeg holder på å tørne av snømåking!! MEN kanskje den kommer likevel.. det er lenge til vår!

Du verden for noen mengder.Her er det akkurat passe til at ungene kan kose seg i akebakken.Håper det smelter litt gradvis,når det skal vekk igjen.Ha en fortsatt fin morsdag:)
Oi oi litt av noen snømenger.. Det er vel kanskje østøandet istede for sørlandet som får det denne vinteren..
Har vært på hytta i helga og hatt 2 fantastiske skiturer.. Helt eventyrer stemning, har tatt en del bilder . Må jo gjemme på de fine øyeblikkene..
wow! thats some snowfall! We never see snow that deep here in Chch. Well not yet anyway. Glad its summer time here a the moment too.
Det var ikke småtteri.Tungvindt med vogn i snøføyka.Du får trøste deg med at det er siste vinteren du trenger den.
Vi hadde -16,2 i går på hytta.God undskyldning for å slippe å gå på ski alene.Det ble strikking i stedet,og så har jeg endelig fått på nytt trekk på puffen.
